Hi! We’re Katie and Kameron, twin sisters and daughters of a professional beekeeper. Our dad has been teaching us about the importance of bees to our environment and the survival of all human beings. Who would think that something so small could be so important?!
Did you know bees are responsible for pollinating 30% of the world’s food crops and 90% of nature as a whole? That means if the bees disappear, eventually so do we!
But the amazing facts about bees go on and on. They produce the only food source that doesn’t spoil or need to be refrigerated. That’s honey! Honey is anti-bacterial and has been used since ancient times to help heal wounds.
Bees also make beeswax, a natural substance that helps protect and soothe the skin. Of course, beeswax also makes the BEST candles because it burns much brighter, cleaner and longer than other candle wax.
Because we learned how amazing bees and their products are, we wanted to share our knowledge and all our own beeswax and honey recipes with the world!
Katie loves nature and art. Kameron loves beauty products and business. Together, we used our twin sister power (along with a little guidance from mom and dad) to create Katie and Kameron’s Kandles!
We are a completely green company, using only 100% Natural Ingredients to make our lotion bars, lip balms, Kandles and more.
